Manchester City disabled Arsenal to clinch Premier League title

At the Etihad Stadium, Manchester City outperformed Premier League leaders Arsenal and dealt the fight for the championship a major psychological blow.
The fight that was supposed to determine the champion ended up being shockingly one-sided.
With two games left, Pep Guardiola's club, who is presently two points behind Arsenal, was boosted by the deadly partnership between Erling Haaland and Kevin de Bruyne.
Haaland put De Bruyne away for a wonderful opening goal after seven minutes. After then, Arsenal withstood a flurry of attacks until John Stones headed in a free kick in the last seconds of the first half. Because it had first been determined to be offside, the goal was later reversed by VAR.
Throughout the game, City's go-to scorer Haaland was brilliant. In the 54th minute, the Belgian set up De Bruyne for the third goal by slipping a beautiful finish between the legs of Arsenal's Rob Holding.
After being denied by Aaron Ramsdale four times earlier in the game, Haaland concluded a remarkable evening with his 49th City goal late in the game after Holding had pulled one back for Arsenal.
Arsenal must somehow snap out of a slump that has seen them go four league games without a win at a key point in the season, while City can move top with a win against Fulham on Sunday.
