Manchester City 2-1 Manchester United: Gundogan scored twice to give City victory in FA Cup final

After defeating Manchester United in the FA Cup final at Wembley with two goals from Ilkay Gundogan, Manchester City is still on track to win the Triple Crown.
With the Premier League championship already secured, City will have the chance to repeat United's 1999 accomplishment when they take on Inter Milan in the Champions League final in Istanbul on the following Saturday.
Assuring his position in history, City captain Gundogan scored the FA Cup final's quickest goal with a magnificent volley in under 12 seconds, surpassing Louis Saha's strike for Everton against Chelsea in 2009, which took 25 seconds.
When the video assistant referee determined that Jack Grealish had handled the ball after 33 minutes, Manchester United scored an equaliser. Bruno Fernandes calmly sent Stefan Ortega the wrong way from the penalty spot.
Six minutes after the half, Gundogan, as he frequently does, made the difference by volleying Kevin de Bruyne's free-kick past United goalkeeper David de Gea to give City the FA Cup for the eighth time.
