Renowned Italian transfer market expert, Fabrizio Romano, has vehemently refuted recent claims suggesting that Paris Saint-Germain has already reached a personal agreement with Victor Osimhen's representatives.

Romano emphasized that such reports are premature, as Napoli, Osimhen's current club, has yet to establish a definitive price tag for the highly sought-after Nigerian international.

Osimhen's exceptional performances have attracted attention from elite clubs across Europe, particularly in France, where he previously excelled at Lille.

The likes of Chelsea, Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain, and Bayern Munich have all expressed concrete interest in acquiring the services of Osimhen, with a potential transfer likely to take place during the upcoming summer transfer window.

Rumors have circulated suggesting that the 24-year-old forward would prioritize a move to the Premier League, showing a preference for England over Germany's Bundesliga or France's Ligue 1.

Osimhen's impressive goal-scoring record in Serie A, where he has notched an impressive 21 goals to become the division's top scorer, along with his five goals in the Champions League before Napoli's elimination from the competition, has undoubtedly showcased his talent to potential suitors.

Chelsea is actively seeking a new number 6 and a center forward to bolster their squad for the upcoming season, while Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag is eager to strengthen his team with a traditional and physically imposing number 9 akin to Osimhen's style of play.

Providing a recent update on the situation, Romano addressed the topic on his YouTube channel, highlighting the ongoing developments surrounding Osimhen's potential transfer but emphasizing that no definitive agreements have been reached as of Thursday night.

"Obviously Victor Osimhen is in the interest of Chelsea, Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich.

"These four clubs want Victor Osimhen and want to be informed on Victor Osimhen.

"What I can clarify is that at the moment there is still not even a price tag on Victor Osimhen so it's not even clear how much Napoli will ask for Osimhen.

"I see many saying 100, 120m for Osimhen but Napoli have not decided yet so all these clubs are still waiting for Napoli to decide a potential price tag for Osimhen but also his camp spoke to Mundo Deportivo in Spain in the last hours and they said there's no agreement with any club for Victor because we had reports of an agreement on personal terms between Osimhen and PSG, it's denied by his agents.

"They said it's fake news and nothing is decided for Osimhen at this stage so we have to wait and the first step has to be Napoli to decide on the price tag and then Osimhen will be be able to negotiate with the clubs.

"Bayern Munich, PSG, Manchester United and Chelsea remain in the race for Osimhen," he said.
