Manchester United are reportedly plotting ambitious moves for both Napoli’s Victor Osimhen and Wolverhampton Wanderers’ Matheus Cunha. The Red Devils, aiming to revamp their attacking options, see these two strikers as key pieces of their summer rebuild. According to reports, the funding for these signings could come from the sale of several current players, including Jadon Sancho, Antony, and Marcus Rashford. Despite a challenging season, United’s appeal in the transfer market remains strong, and these potential acquisitions highlight a shift toward a more targeted and efficient recruitment strategy.

The club’s intent to offload multiple high-profile players is part of a broader overhaul expected under the guidance of head coach Ruben Amorim. Marcus Rashford, whose performances have been inconsistent, is among those facing an uncertain future. Although on loan at Aston Villa, no final decision has been made regarding his next move. Sources suggest that Rashford is keen on continuing in a team that can offer Champions League football, but a return to United under Amorim seems unlikely.

Negotiations surrounding Rashford’s future are expected to intensify in the summer, with his representatives poised to engage in discussions after the current season concludes. Another striker on United’s radar is Bournemouth’s Antoine Semenyo. However, prising the Ghanaian international away from the south coast club won’t be easy.
