Liverpool maintained their winning streak, pushing Leicester closer to relegation

Curtis Jones scored twice as in-form Liverpool smashed defenseless Leicester to continue their current winning streak and move the Foxes closer to Premier League relegation.
Despite having played one extra game, Jurgen Klopp's team has won seven straight matches to strengthen their bid for a top-four finish. They now sit one point behind Manchester United and Newcastle.
Leicester, the 2016 Premier League champions, suffered yet another awful defeat, dropping them to 19th place and two points from safety with just two games left.
The similar combination allowed the Reds to score twice in the first half, with Mohamed Salah twice finding Jones, who finished forcefully to record his first Premier League hat trick.
Before halftime, the score should have been 3-0, but home goalkeeper Daniel Iversen produced an outstanding reaction save to stop Cody Gakpo from scoring from close range.
By setting up Trent Alexander-Arnold to curl a beautiful finish into the top corner of the net with a free kick in the second half, Salah earned his third assist of the game.
