Leicester's midfielder Ndidi attributes his spectacular goal to forward-like intuition

Wilfred Ndidi, the Super Eagles midfielder, recently broke down his stunning goal during Leicester City's 4-1 win over Southampton. 

Scoring in the extra minutes of the first half, Ndidi artfully evaded a defender and outwitted goalkeeper Gavin Bazunu to find the back of the net. 

Known for his defensive skills, the 26-year-old has now tallied three goals this season, showcasing his growing offensive capabilities. 

"It was all about body positioning and striker's instinct," Ndidi explained in an interview with Leicester City's official website. 

Although there were rumors of Ndidi potentially leaving Leicester following their relegation, he chose to stay and has kicked off the season with an impressive performance, contributing three goals and an assist in 8 matches.
