Leicester 2-2 Everton: Jordan Pickford's water bottle penalty message saves Toffees

Leicester was able to escape the relegation zone thanks to Monday's tumultuous Premier League match at the King Power Stadium, but Everton supporters sang at the end.
After the 2-2 draw, the visiting fans sang "England's number one, England's England's number one" to goalkeeper Jordan Pickford.
With a big helping hand from some clever preparation, the 29-year-penalty old's save from international teammate James Maddison in the first half may prove pivotal in Everton's fight for survival.
A graphic on the goalkeeper's water bottle at the side of the field was captured by a camera close-up, and it revealed that Maddison prefers to "stay centre" and go through the middle with 60% of his efforts.
Pickford faked moving left and right before really doing so. As a result, Maddison's penalty shot was blocked as expected.
"I did my homework," Pickford told Sky Sports. "I called it this morning where I would go. He is a good player and he would've expected me to move, but I double-bluffed him and got one up on him.
"Madders needs to learn his lesson. Don't play poker.
"It was a big moment and I'm happy to save it - it's what I'm there for."
