Leeds United's chances of staying in the Premier League were spoiled

Leeds United's chances of staying in the Premier League were further damaged after Fulham handed Javi Gracia's team their third straight loss at Craven Cottage.
Harry Wilson and Andreas Pereira both scored a goal in the second half to secure the victory for the hosts, who improved their chances of finishing in the top half of the standings and advanced one spot to ninth.
However, Leeds' defeat, coupled with Leicester City's win and Everton's draw later on Saturday, leaves them in 16th position, only one point above the relegation zone.
After 58 minutes, Illan Meslier's shaky hand on Willian's cross was followed by a brilliant first-time finish by Wilson.
Pereira then slid in after Meslier, who had a tough afternoon for the Leeds goalkeeper, once more failed to adequately deal with a cross.
The two goals ultimately spurred Leeds to action, if rather tardily, and Joao Palhinha's own goal, which came 11 minutes from time and came after Patrick Bamford had deflected the ball with his outstretched leg, gave Leeds hope.
However, despite a late comeback and ten minutes of added time, they failed to force an equalizer.
"I'm worried about everything," said Gracia, whose Leeds side face a crucial game against relegation rivals Leicester on Tuesday.
"We don't have time, in this moment we can't have doubts. We have to believe and try to do it together."
