Kwara United forces a draw against bullying Shooting Stars SC

Kwara United FC had to wait until the final moments to score a goal through Mohammed Alao, ensuring that Kwara United denied the ten-man 3SC what would have been their fourth away win in the NPFL this season.
The Oluyole Warriors were the first to score, with captain Malomo Taofik Ayodeji finding the net in the 44th minute. However, he was also sent off within 60 seconds of the opener against the Afonja Warriors. The match ended in a 1-1 draw at the Ilorin Sports Complex.
Nonetheless, Shooting Stars remained in 4th place with 14 points, the same as Enugu Rangers, who are in 3rd place due to a superior goal difference. Enugu Rangers needed a stoppage-time goal from Jonas Emmanuel to secure a 2-2 draw against Sunshine Stars in Akure.
