Katsina Utd Mgt reads riot acts to negligence of officer involved in improper kits

The Chairman of the Katsina United Interim Management Committee, Alh Kabir Dan'lami Rimi, has assured that the club's management will take action against the Club Technical Crew for allowing a wrong mode of dressing by a Katsina United FC player during their encounter against Sporting FC in an away match.

The chairman also expressed dismay over what he described as unprofessionalism and vowed to take drastic measures against the culprit.

Alh Kabir Dan'lami noted that the technical crew and the team's Kits Manager are aware of the league body's dress code, but they went ahead to use a player with the wrong mode of dressing, which he described as unacceptable.

He noted that such an attitude will tarnish the good image of the club and sports-loving people in Katsina State.

Therefore, the technical crew alongside the suspended Kits Manager will pay the fine of one million naira imposed on the club by the league body following the incident.
