Katsina United FC ready for first home match against Bendel Insurance

Following their goalless draw in the opening league game, Bendel Insurance captain Meyiwa Oriseweyinmi has spoken confidently ahead of their clash against Katsina United.


Insurance ended their first match of the season with Rivers United in a goalless stalemate in Benin on Sunday, Sept. 8.


The Chanji Boys of Katsina, on the other hand, lost their first match 1-0 to Plateau United in Jos.


Sunday's match promises to be explosive, considering the Match Day 1 results posted by both sides.


"We have put the goalless home draw with Rivers United behind us and are now focused on our trip to Katsina.


"I can confidently say that we are ready for Match Day 2 against the Chanji Boys.


"We are in high spirits and ready to go," Meyiwa said.
