Kano Pillars ascribe loss to Rangers to fatigue

Maikaba made this assertion in his assessment of the scandalous defeat to the Flying Antelopes at the Awka Stadium in Anambra state when his side lost 4-1 against the host team.

"There are other reasons that contributed to the defeat we suffered, including the lack of proper officiating. The authorities should look into the officiating and consider other factors," he said.

Maikaba, however, expressed optimism that the team will bounce back during the Match Day 6 encounter against Bayelsa United on Wednesday at Sani Abacha Stadium in Kofar Mata.

The Technical adviser urged supporters of the Pyramid City darling team to continue to pray for the success of the side, recalling the wise saying that goes, "who laughs last, laughs best."

Maikaba is optimistic that his boys will bounce back during their Midweek Match, expecting nothing less than a win.
