A brace from Suleiman Isiak propelled Dohz SA into the semi-finals after they defeated Raymond FA 4-3 in the ongoing Waziri's Cup 2024.
The pulsating encounter, which took place at Maracana Field, Adewole Ilorin, on Monday, saw grit, passion, energy, and power from both sides.

Quick-fire goals from Azeez Mudashiru and Suleiman Isiak gave Dohz SA an early lead, but Raymond FA responded quickly through Lekan Akins and Usman Rafiu in the 6th and 8th minutes to get their side back into the game.
Raymond FA took a surprise lead in the 13th minute, with Uche Kanu scoring a beauty after placing the ball past the goalkeeper as the first half ended.
However, Imran Abduljeleel restored parity for Dohz SA just a few minutes into the second half.
Dohz SA were reduced to four men after Oni was sent off for two bookable offenses.
But Raymond failed to capitalize on their numerical advantage, as Suleiman Isiak scored to restore the lead for Dohz SA.
Raymond FA pressed hard in search of an equalizer, but Dohz SA remained resolute at the back, defending with all their might to qualify for the semi-finals.
In the other quarter-final match, Limited FC showed their superiority with a resounding 6-2 victory over Focus FC, with Abubakar Wopa scoring a beautiful hat-trick in the one-sided encounter.
Limited FC started on the front foot, scoring three goals in the 13th minute, with Ismail Ahmad, Abdulrahman Abdulsalam, and Abubakar Wopa getting their names on the scoresheet.
However, Ayomide Aremu reduced the deficit for Focus FC in the 16th minute. But Ibrahim Ikapo extended the lead to 4-1 for Limited FC just minutes later.
Abubakar Wopa completed his hat-trick to make it 6-1, further extending the lead and putting the game beyond their opponents.
Abdulazeez Abdulsemiu also scored for Focus FC, but his goal could not save them, and they suffered elimination from the tournament.
The two victorious sides joined KAAH FA and Ogidi Boys FC in the semi-finals.
Other expected actions in the semi-final fixtures in December are:
KAAH FA will slug it out with Ogidi Boys FC, while Dohz SA will trade tackles with Limited FC for a place in the final.
The two matches will take place at Elite Sportsville, Federal Low Cost Housing Estate, Oloje, Ogidi Ilorin, slated for 4pm and 5pm, respectively.
The grand finale is scheduled for Thursday, December 19, 2024, at SMABis Sports Arena, Fate, Ilorin.
The 8-day 5-a-side football tournament was organized by Kwara Youths to honor and celebrate the 62nd birthday of Waziri Ngeri of Ilorin and former Senate President Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki CON.
