Inter Lagos FC sealed their qualification to the NNL Super 8 with a comfortable two-nil victory over Ijebu United in their final group game in the Southern Conference at the Legacy Pitch in Lagos.
Ezema stated that despite their average performance in the game, he was satisfied to have earned the maximum points and secured the qualification ticket.
"I believe we have a wonderful chance. We just need to replicate the quality of performances we have been displaying, but in an improved version, and that will significantly benefit us.
"I am confident that we will succeed. We possess the necessary skills and consistency to grind out results.
"Our performance was slightly above average, but the most crucial aspect is securing the result even on days when things aren't perfect.
"We didn't play as expected, partly due to factors like not being on our actual home ground and the psychological aspects surrounding the game.
"However, despite these factors, we managed to perform above average, which is positive for us."
