Harry Kane nets goals in Bundesliga debut

England captain Harry Kane shined on his home Bundesliga debut for Bayern Munich, contributing two goals to secure a 3-1 victory as the champions maintained their winning streak at the beginning of the league season.
 
Kane achieved a milestone as the first English player to score in his initial two Bundesliga matches. He notched his first goal just before halftime with a confident penalty, elegantly clipping the ball down the middle of the goal. Following the break, the former Tottenham forward displayed finesse, sealing the victory with a delightful outside-of-the-foot finish.
 
Under the guidance of Thomas Tuchel, Bayern Munich dictated the pace of the game, controlling possession for the majority of the match. Kane shared his thoughts on the match in a video on social media, expressing his joy at scoring twice in front of the fans. He acknowledged that while there's room for improvement, starting the season with two wins is an excellent beginning.
 
Bayern Munich initially faced a slow start, but they quickly found their rhythm. The opening goal materialized when Leroy Sane's shot hit the post and deflected off defender Felix Uduokhai into the net. Referee Sascha Stegemann awarded a penalty after Video Assistant Referee intervention, with Niklas Dorsch's handball leading to Kane's composed conversion from the spot.
 
After halftime, Bayern's performance gained momentum. Sane's skillful shot narrowly missed the target by hitting the post. Later, Alphonso Davies provided a perfect setup for Kane, who was positioned onside and skillfully placed the ball into the net with a composed finish.
 
Despite a late consolation goal by substitute Dion Beljo, who managed to find space to poke the ball in, the match ultimately belonged to Bayern Munich. Kane, who had an opportunity for a hat-trick, couldn't find the target with his headed effort. Nevertheless, his goal-scoring streak extended to seven consecutive league appearances, including his time in the Premier League with Spurs.
