Everton 0-3 Manchester City: Manchester City are one victory away, Premier League title in sight

Manchester City defeated relegation-staring Everton at Goodison Park, putting them one win away from defending their Premier League crown.
 
City extended their lead over the competition by four points and are poised to win another Premier League championship after Brighton defeated Arsenal 3-0.
 
Mason Holgate's shocking error at the far post, when he was unmarked and nevertheless managed to hook over from a few yards, cost Everton dearly.
 
City were second best up until that point but showcased how clinical they are in front of goal, going on to net twice in the space of two minutes.
 
Ilkay Gundogan was the hero of the show, contributing to each of City's three goals with a beautiful flicked finish before setting up Erling Haaland for a close-range header with a cross.
 
In the second half, the midfielder curled in a beautiful free kick from the edge of the box as City easily won.
 
Everton's setback has them uneasily looking over their shoulders with two games left, only one point above the relegation zone.
