Euro 2024 Qualifiers: Croatia, Netherlands secure spots, France draws, Romania tops group

Euro 2024 qualifying matches concluded with Croatia securing the final ticket by beating Armenia 1-0, while Wales drew 1-1 with Turkey. France lost points for the first time, drawing 2-2 with Greece, and the Netherlands triumphed 6-0 over Gibraltar. Romania secured first place in their group by defeating Switzerland 1-0 with Denis Alibek scoring the only goal in the 50th minute.
In the match between Greece and France, Randal Kolo Muani scored for France in the 42nd minute, but Greece responded with goals from Anastasios Bakstas and Fotis Ioannidis, taking a 2-1 lead. France's Youssef Fofana equalized with a spectacular goal in the 74th minute, resulting in a 2-2 draw.
Croatia secured their Euro 2024 spot with a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Armenia. Ante Budimir scored the decisive goal with a header in the 42nd minute, securing Croatia's first-place finish in their group.
Wales faced Turkey and, despite Neco Williams giving them an early lead in the seventh minute, Yusuf Yazisi's penalty in the 70th minute leveled the score at 1-1. Turkey finished second in the group, while Wales ended in third place.
The Netherlands dominated Gibraltar with a 6-0 victory. Calvin Stings, Mats Viper, Ton Compiers, and Cody Gakpo were among the goal scorers, securing the Netherlands' second-place finish in their group.
Romania secured a 1-0 victory over Switzerland, with Denis Alibek scoring the decisive goal in the 50th minute. Romania finished first in their group, while Switzerland secured the second spot.
