Erik ten Hag is optimistic that Marcus Rashford will sign a new contract for Manchester United

Marcus Rashford and Manchester United "will find each other," according to Erik ten Hag, in their continuing contract negotiations.
 
This season, Rashford has scored 29 goals for his old team in all competitions, which is a United record for him.
 
Ten Hag was questioned about the status of the talks over the future of the England international prior to the match against Bournemouth on Saturday.
 
"I know it is taking time" he said.
 
"But I don't talk about the process. This is not important at the moment for me or Rashy.
 
"For him, it is to get more goals this season and he is playing a wonderful season and the team is playing a wonderful season.
 
"We have to get into the Champions League and focus on that. Marcus wants to stay and we want him to stay, so I think we will find each other."
 
Despite having returned to training earlier this week after missing the home victory over Wolves due to injury, Ten Hag also stated that Rashford, 25, is questionable for Saturday's game against the Cherries owing to sickness.
