2023/2024 NPFL Match Day 6: Enyimba Int'l FC fails to win six out of last seven matches against Niger Tornadoes

The Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) defending champions once again failed to secure a victory against the resolute defenders of Niger Tornadoes in Match Day 6 of the 2023/2024 NPFL fixtures played in Kaduna.

The Ikon Allah Boys' solid defense kept Enyimba from scoring, thwarting all their attempts to break through for a goal.

The nine-time NPFL champions have now gone without a win in 6 of their last 7 games in all competitions this season.

Enyimba Int'l FC of Aba is currently positioned in 19th place with a mere four points from three matches, having registered one win, one draw, and one loss thus far.

These lackluster results may be attributed to the internal conflicts within the club, as Technical Adviser Finidi George has disclaimed any involvement in the recruitment of the players in the current squad.
