Edo Queens declare Folorunsho AWOL

Edo Queens Football Club has declared Comfort Folorunsho absent without official leave (AWOL) after she suddenly left the club’s camp in Benin City without permission.  


According to the club, Folorunsho packed her belongings and departed without notifying the management, despite having an active contract with the team.  


“The player still has a valid contract with Edo Queens FC; therefore, she has no right to leave without officially informing the club of her whereabouts,” the club stated.  


Edo Queens FC has warned other clubs against engaging Folorunsho without proper clearance. However, the management is willing to release her to any interested club in a professional and orderly manner.  


“This notice serves as a warning to clubs not to engage her services without proper clearance from Edo Queens FC,” the club emphasized.
