The DMD FC President Abubakar Babale, on Friday said that the club was ready to put every machinery in place as it targets Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) berth at the end of the 2022/2023 NNL season.
``We are fully prepared and ready to clinch the premier league ticket this time around.
``Our first match of DMD FC Kwaya Kusar of Borno in the 2022/2023 NNL season begins with a goalless draw at Gombe State.
``Also, Bareta FC popularly known as Police Machine HQT narrowly played a zero -zero match against us.
``The match played at Pantami Stadium in Gombe State was attended by hundreds of spectators across the state.
``DMD FC dominated the match since at the first 45 minutes of the match with three scoring chances wasted, two from Abdulaziz while the other one from Shamsu.
Bareta FC were able to have only one shot on target recorded through out the first forty five minutes of the match,'' he said.
Babale added: I urge the team to get more scoring spirit and and you can count on my support.
``This is our time to get promotion to the NPFL with the support and right attitude from everyone, so, let us put more energy,'' he admonished.
