Deputy Senate President gifts Barau FC brand new coaster bus

The Deputy President of the Senate, Dr. Barau I. Jibrin, has donated a brand-new 40-seater coaster bus to Barau Football Club, aiming to boost the team's morale in the ongoing Nigerian National League.  


The club's media officer, Ahmad Hamisu Gwale, revealed that the donation was delivered by the Chief of Staff to the Deputy President of the Senate, Professor Muhammad Ibn Abdallah.  


While speaking, Professor Abdallah highlighted Senator Barau Jibrin's commitment to the club and his dedication to football development in Kano and Nigeria as a whole.  


In his remarks, the club's chairman, Ambassador Ibrahim Shitu Chanji, commended the gesture, noting that the donation would inspire and motivate the players.  


The ceremony was attended by Hajiya Yardada Mai Kano Bichi, Special Adviser to Barau Jibrin on Women’s Affairs, along with some legislative aides to the senator, among others.
