Declan Rice desires to be evaluated by the trophies that he wins at Arsenal

Midfielder Declan Rice is determined to be judged by the trophies he wins after his £100m move to Arsenal. As the captain of West Ham, he led them to their first silverware in 43 years by winning the Europa Conference League last season.

Rice's goal in joining the Gunners is clear – to win trophies, and he believes the hungry and energetic squad is fully focused on that objective.
 
Despite interest from other top clubs, including Manchester City and Bayern Munich, Rice was convinced by the vision outlined by Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta.
