Crown FC shocks Sporting Lagos FC with slim victory

Sporting Lagos FC got unwanted result as they lost the Match Day 9 fixtures of the Nigeria National League (NNL) to hard fighting Crown FC of Ogbomosho 1-0.
The narrow win of Sporting Lagos FC did not however change anything as they still top the Group B2 NNL standing only on goals difference to wait for the last league match to determine qualification to the NNL Super 8.
Sporting Lagos FC has lost only one match so far in the last five matches with three wins and one draw.
Sporting Lagos FC has 15 points so far in nine matches with four wins, three draws and two losses.
Crown FC on the other hand also shared 15 points with Sporting Lagos FC on lower goal advantage.
The Ogbomosho-based team has played nine matches with four wins, three draws and lost three, same with Sporting Lagos.
The NNL Group B2 last game will be tough for the top three teams who share same points.
Sporting Lagos FC, Ijebu Ode United FC and Crown FC all have 15 points with little goal difference separating them.
