Cristiano Ronaldo Sets Record for Fastest YouTube Milestone with New Channel

Portuguese football star Cristiano Ronaldo continues to set records, with his latest achievement being the fastest time to reach one million followers on YouTube. His newly launched channel, UR, accomplished this milestone in just one hour and 29 minutes. Within four hours, the page surged to five million followers, and as of the latest update, it has amassed nearly 14 million followers.

 

Ronaldo's record-setting feats are not limited to social media. On Wednesday night, he added another record to his extensive collection with the launch of the UR channel. The page surpassed the one million follower mark in record time, outpacing Lionel Messi’s official YouTube channel, which has around two million followers but is infrequently updated. Ronaldo's page quickly gained traction, highlighting his unparalleled popularity and reach.

 

In addition to his social media success, Ronaldo boasts an impressive career spanning over two decades. He has won 33 trophies, including five Champions League titles, five Ballon d'Or awards, and three UEFA Player of the Year honors. His record includes the most appearances (183), goals (140), and assists (42) in the Champions League, as well as being the top scorer at the Euros (14) and holding the record for the most international goals (130) and appearances (207).

 

Recently, Ronaldo scored in Al-Nassr's 2-0 victory over Al-Taoun in the Saudi Super Cup semi-finals, extending his record of scoring in each of the last 23 seasons. He is now just four goals shy of his 900th career goal. Ronaldo concluded the previous Saudi Arabian season with 35 goals, setting a new record for the most goals in a single season and becoming the first player to win the Golden Boot in four different leagues. Despite his individual achievements, Al-Nassr finished second in the league, with Al-Hilal taking the championship and the cup after a penalty shootout victory.
