Manchester City earned their spot in the game as Premier League champions, while Arsenal secured their place as runners-up, having also won the FA Cup as part of the Treble.
 
In the previous season, City finished five points above Arsenal in the Premier League standings. However, during the summer transfer window, Mikel Arteta's team has arguably bolstered their squad significantly.
 
Now, the question arises: who would make it into a combined Arsenal and Manchester City XI?
