NNL Pre-Season Emir Cup 2024: Coach Oniye Mohammed expresses satisfaction with 1-1 draw against ABS FC

Coach Oniye Mohammed Olatunji expressed satisfaction with his team's 1-1 draw against ABS FC in the ongoing Emir of Ilorin Cup 2024.


The thrilling encounter was marked by determination, passion, and energy from both sides.


Coach Oniye, head coach of House of Prayer FC, praised his players for putting up a good fight against the NNL side. 


"I'm satisfied with the result. My boys fought well; it's not easy playing against an established club like ABS FC."


Oniye, one of the youngest coaches in the tournament and also praised for his work at Makamz FA, said the draw has boosted the team's confidence moving forward.


"The result gave our boys confidence and will motivate them going forward."


Coach Oniye's charisma, passion, discipline, and dedication have made him a prominent grassroots coach in Kwara State. His tactical acumen has earned him further recognition in the region.
