Chelsea's First Game Under Interim Manager Bruno Saltor Ended in a Score of 0-0 Against Liverpool

In his first game in charge of Chelsea, interim manager Bruno Saltor was unhappy by the way his team missed many opportunities to draw 0-0 with Liverpool at Stamford Bridge. Goals by Reece James and Kai Havertz were disallowed, and Mateo Kovacic squandered a guilt-edged opportunity.
Liverpool didn't contribute much on the other end, and Jurgen Klopp's team will be happy to get away with a draw.
Chelsea's goal-scoring issues remained despite Graham Potter's replacement as they were held to a 0-0 stalemate against Liverpool at Stamford Bridge and had two goals disallowed.
During the most of their chances in West London during their first encounter under interim manager Bruno Saltor, the Blues regularly wasted their chances owing to some poor finishing.
At the other end, Joe Gomez and Fabinho both had chances to score in the last seconds of the first half but were both stopped by Kepa and Wesley Fofana, respectively. Kovacic then had a chance to give Chelsea the lead right away but blazed haplessly over from within the box.
Another goal was subsequently disallowed, this time for handball against Kai Havertz, who should have scored with his original shot that rebounded off Alisson but was hauled in off his arm. This infuriated the home fans.
And despite putting on a particularly lackluster performance, Liverpool escaped what could have been a four-game losing streak for the first time in two years. That ended up being the last serious opening at either end.
