Tough times await Nigeria's representatives in the CAF Confederation Cup, as their next opponent, Dream FC coach Abdul Karim Zito, talks tough ahead of the Sunday match.
The coach of Ghana's FA Cup champions, Dream FC, Zito, stated that Nigeria's representatives would face a tough challenge against his team after losing their first match in Tunisia.
Recall that Rivers United FC had a flying start in the group stage of the CAF Confederation Cup with an impressive 3-0 win over Academica Do Lobito in Uyo.
For the second group match, The Pride of Rivers will travel to Ghana to face Dream FC at the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday in Match Day 2 of the CAF Confederation Cup.
Anticipating the match against Rivers United FC, Zito mentioned that the club had put the agonizing 0-2 defeat at the hands of Club Africain of Tunisia behind them, and they aimed to bounce back against the Nigerian side.
“I am proud of the boys; we are going to work hard in our next game against Rivers United. Surely, we will bounce back to winning ways,” he said.
