Brighton enters 2023-24 Europa League Group B for first time

Brighton has been drawn into Group B of the 2023-24 Europa League, where they will compete against Ajax, Marseille, and AEK Athens. This marks a significant moment for the Seagulls, as they secured European football for the first time in their 122-year history by finishing sixth last season.
Liverpool, on the other hand, will face LASK, Union St-Gilloise, and Toulouse in Group E. West Ham finds themselves in Group A, where they will take on Olympiacos, Freiburg, and TSC Backa Topola.
Rangers have been placed in Group C alongside Real Betis, Sparta Prague, and Aris Limassol.
In the Europa Conference League, Aston Villa is in Group E with AZ Alkmaar, Legia Warsaw, and HSK Zrinjski Mostar. Aberdeen will compete in Group G against Eintracht Frankfurt, PAOK, and HJK Helsinki.
