Bayern Munich and Tottenham reach €100 million transfer deal for Harry Kane

According to report, an agreement has been reportedly reached between Bayern Munich and Tottenham regarding Harry Kane's transfer to the German champions. The reported transfer fee stands at €100 million. However, the final decision now rests in the hands of the England captain, who remains under contract with Tottenham and seems inclined to remain in London.
Bayern Munich has reportedly been quite persistent in their pursuit of the 30-year-old Kane, who is currently in the final year of his contract. The club recently elevated its offer from €80 million to €100 million, with an additional €10 million in potential bonuses. Throughout this period, Tottenham consistently rejected these offers, but the latest developments suggest a shift in their stance.
Just this past Sunday, Kane demonstrated his prowess by scoring four goals in a training match against Shakhtar Donetsk (with a final score of 5-1 in favor of Spurs). Following the game, Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou commented on the ongoing situation involving Kane, stating, "The Kane situation is a cause for concern for everyone, and it will continue until there's a change. Although I believe it's not beneficial for either party. As you witnessed today, Harry is deeply involved in our team. I'm making the most of what I have for now."
Kane, holding the record as Tottenham's all-time leading goal-scorer with 280 goals in 435 matches, is undoubtedly one of the football world's notable figures who hasn't yet secured a major trophy. In this context, a move to Bayern appears to be a logical step for him. Despite the German club currently undergoing managerial challenges, they have maintained a remarkable streak of success, with their most recent trophy-less season dating back to 2010/11, boasting a streak of 11 consecutive victories.
For Tottenham, this might represent their final opportunity to command such a substantial sum for Kane's transfer. With their absence from European competition this season, a rebuilding phase under Australian coach Ange Postecoglou seems to be the best course of action.
