Amputee Football Association to prioritise grassroots development, says President

The President Paul Maduakor of the Nigeria Amputee Football Association has reassured that  groundwork is already underway to ensure the inclusion of young amputees in the sports.

Maduakor stated that the plan would afford the athletes the same opportunities as their able-bodied counterparts.

President Maduakor’s ambitious plans include establishing multiple training camps across Nigeria’s six geopolitical zones.

These camps will provide a nurturing and empowering environment for amputees with a passion for football to chase their dreams, proving that determination and dedication transcend physical abilities.
