Amid Fenerbahce transfer links, Ndidi embraces new role at Leicester

Leicester City's versatile midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi, has showcased his adaptability and value within the team, embracing a new role under coach Enzo Maresca, despite ongoing transfer rumors linking him to Fenerbahce. 

Coach Maresca has recognized Ndidi's importance, especially amid competition from Cesare Casadei, as he takes on an attacking midfield position to contribute to offensive plays.

Acknowledging Ndidi's evolution, Maresca noted his success in this new role, praising his efforts to become an offensive midfielder. 

Ndidi has been a key presence in Leicester City's early season games, starting two out of three matches and even scoring a goal.

However, uncertainty surrounds Ndidi's future due to his contract situation, with less than a year left on his current deal and rumors of a potential move to Fenerbahce circulating. 

Despite the transfer speculation, Ndidi's on-field performances remain strong, and he aims to continue his impressive form as Leicester faces Cardiff City in the upcoming fixture.
