Following a 3-2 victory in the Match Day 9 encounter at Eket Stadium, Osho believes that the team is set for an upward trajectory. Acknowledging past underperformances, Osho praised his players for their spirited fight in the thrilling 5-goal contest against Remo Stars.
 
The Promise Keepers showcased a scintillating performance, securing their second win of the season against Remo Stars. Osho, pleased with the outcome, lauded his team's fighting spirit and emphasized that the win has significantly boosted their confidence. Despite an early conceded goal, the players displayed mental toughness and resilience, ultimately turning the game around from a 1-0 deficit to a 3-2 victory.
 
The triumph not only improved Akwa United's standing on the league table but also enhanced their superior head-to-head record against Remo Stars to six wins, one draw, and one defeat in eight meetings.
