Maxi Oyedele, the Manchester-born defensive midfielder, was seen training with Manchester United's first team squad on Monday as they prepared for their upcoming Premier League match against Tottenham Hotspur in London.
Along with Oyedele, other academy prospects, including Marc Jurado, Willy Kambwala, and Isak Hansen-Aarøen, also trained with the first team.
Despite being a non-playing substitute, the Poland U19 international was surprisingly included in Manchester United's matchday squad for the Premier League 2 encounter with Brighton & Hove last Friday, April 21.
The following day, however, he was absent from Altrincham's squad in the National League against Torquay United.
Oyedele has made a name for himself at Altrincham on loan, having scored four goals in twelve games in the National League.
He has been nominated for the club's Goal of the Season award.
During Monday's training, the 18-year-old worked alongside Manchester United first-team regulars Harry Maguire, Wout Weghorst, Anthony Elanga, Marcel Sabitzer, and Tyrell Malacia.
