2025 NLO Pre-Season Friendly: Best Talent FC to engage Adamimogo FC in Ijebu Ode

Ahead of the much-anticipated 2025 Nigeria Nationwide League One (NLO1) season, Best Talent FC of Mowe is set to host its counterparts from Akure, Adamimogo Football Club, at the Ijebu Ode Township Stadium.  


The Ogun State football giant, under the tutelage of Coach Babatunde Farouk Yusuf, is determined to take the encounter beyond the reach of their visitors.  


Best Talent’s young and exciting 17-year-old striker, Chinonso, known for his phenomenal scoring ability, will team up with Emmanuel and Julius to unleash their powerful attack against the Ondo State-based football outfit, coached by Ivorian tactician Alhassan Dosso.  


Other goal-hungry players from Best Talent FC include Ezekiel, Abdullah, Muri, and Goodness, all within the 18-year age bracket. These players are eagerly anticipating the much-anticipated match.  


Coach Farouk Yusuf, a grassroots football exponent with experience from Magate FC, Fackson Tofido, Coca-Cola Junior School, and other clubs where he has earned various laurels, has led Adeyinka Adeyemo’s boys in 22 matches, winning 18, drawing 2, and losing only 2.  


Farouk stated that attacking football is his preferred style and that he will not compromise his standards against any team.  


The former Magate FC coach emphasized that the team’s doggedness and resilience will be fully deployed in today’s encounter against their brothers from Akure.  


In his words:  
“I want to give a big kudos to my players and the entire crew for doing a wonderful job.  


"The tactical inputs are being internalized by the boys and have been instrumental in producing good results for us.  


"This mindset, I believe, will be reflected in today's game against Alhassan Dosso’s side,” said the grassroots football expert.  


The match between Best Talent Football Club of Mowe and Adamimogo Football Club of Akure will take place in Ijebu Ode.
