Both sides will clash on Saturday in a crucial game, with Edo Queens aiming for a draw, while Sundowns must win.
Adukwu said all the teams in the competition are capable of lifting the trophy, but they are ready to give their best against the South Africans.
"I've said before that the eight teams here are capable of winning the title; nobody is unbeatable."
"The team we play next lost their first game to the opponents we drew with, so we respect them off the field, but on the field, it's 90 minutes, and we are determined to win," he said.
Edo Queens are the third Nigerian team to feature in the competition, after Rivers Angels in 2021 and Bayelsa Queens in 2022.
