Deutcsh replaced Anthony Encho, whose brief stint with the club came to an end last season.
Speaking shortly after his unveiling at the Awka City Stadium, Deutcsh said his task is to build a formidable side that can compete for honors in Nigerian football and ensure the team secures a playoff spot for NPFL promotion at the end of the season.
"Let me use this opportunity to thank the management of Solution FC, the Sports Commission, and the Anambra State Government for finding me worthy of this position as the Head Coach of the team.
"I can assure you that I am here to build a strong and formidable team that can compete for honors in all fronts of Nigerian club football.
"With the support of my technical crew, we will ensure the fans are happy as they will watch good football. We will work hard to secure a playoff spot that will put us in a good position to earn NPFL promotion," Deutcsh said.
Also speaking, the Chairman of Solution FC, Chief Chukwuma Ezeamama, stated that the club decided to hire the Cameroonian tactician due to his wealth of experience in football coaching and management.
Ezeamama affirmed that Coach Deutcsh has the pedigree to take Solution FC to the Nigeria Premier Football League next season, adding that the Anambra club has made valuable additions to the team to strengthen its core in anticipation of the season.
Deutcsh previously had stints as Head Coach for Premier League clubs such as Abia Warriors, Akwa United, Heartland FC, and Delta Force.
The football tactician has also managed Calabar Rovers, JC Raiders, Jute FC, and Sunshine Stars.
Solution FC retained their NNL status last season by finishing 7th on the log and will kick off their quest for glory in the 2024/25 season against Rovers FC at the Awka City Stadium, Anambra State.
