2024/2025 NWFL Match Day 9: Nasarawa Amazons pummel Dannaz Ladies in Lagos

Nasarawa Amazons secured a convincing 3-0 victory over Dannaz Ladies in their Matchday 9 fixture of the Nigeria Women's Premier League season.


The visitors took the lead in the first half through Bello Amina's goal. In the second half, Omosuyi and Chima sealed the win with two more goals.


The home team struggled to create scoring opportunities, and Nasarawa Amazons' goalkeeper, Chioma Okoye, had a relatively quiet game.


Nasarawa Amazons' head coach, Danjuma Christopher, made one change to the starting lineup that defeated Remo Stars Ladies in their previous match.


Coach Christopher Danjuma shared his insights on the team's approach:
