2024/2025 NPFL Mid-Week Match Day 14: Remo Stars FC Coach plots operation down-Shooting Stars

The assistant coach of Remo Stars, Suleiman Folarin, has emphasized that the team is determined to secure a win against Shooting Stars in the Mid-week Match Day 14 fixture of the 2024/2025 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL).


Remo Stars will host Shooting Stars at their stadium in Ikenne for the first Southwest derby between the two sides in the 2024/2025 NPFL season.

The Sky Blue Boys suffered a 2-0 defeat to Katsina United at the Muhammad Dikko Stadium last weekend, but Folarin is focused on claiming all three points against the Oluyole Warriors.


"We plan to go home and win our match. I don't know the results from other centers, but we should currently be in 2nd or 3rd place," Folarin said.


"So, we are going home to beat Shooting Stars. It's a local derby on Wednesday," he added confidently.


Remo Stars will face Shooting Stars in this derby clash at the Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne on Wednesday.


The rivalry between the two sides remains intense as they compete for bragging rights in the region.
