2024/2025 NPFL Match Day 4: Lobi Stars hope for fresh start against Katsina United

Lobi Stars Football Club will now shift its focus to the 2024/2025 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) Match Day 4 encounter against Katsina United.


After a challenging outing in Aba, the Alia Boys are eager to regroup and put on a strong performance against the Chanji Boys at the Muhammadu Dikko Stadium, Katsina State.


In their previous meetings, Lobi Stars held the upper hand, securing a 0-0 draw at the Muhammadu Dikko Stadium before defeating them 2-0 in Lafia. 


With those results in mind, Head Coach Eugene Agagbe remains confident but grounded, urging his team to concentrate on delivering a composed and determined performance.


"We understand the atmosphere will be intense, but I want my players to stay focused and bring their character into the game. 


Katsina United is a good side, but we’ll give it everything we’ve got," Agagbe said, emphasizing the importance of resilience.


With a determination to break the early-season deadlock, Lobi Stars are approaching this match with hope, looking forward to a performance that will set them back on course as the season unfolds.
