2024/2025 NPFL Match Day 23: Naze Millionaires set to ambush Changi Boys

A steadily growing Heartland International FC is now heading to the far North for an intriguing clash against Katsina United in the opening fixture of the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) Match Day 23, scheduled for Friday, February 7th, 2025, at the Muhammadu Dikko Stadium, Katsina.


The Naze Millionaires go into the match on the back of a comprehensive 2-0 home win over former NPFL champions, Rivers United, extending their unbeaten record to four games since December 29, 2024, in the concluding fixture of the first stanza. They have accumulated eight points in their last four games.


The first Friday fixture of the season for the Owerri-based side could produce a remarkable and riveting encounter in faraway Katsina. The rejuvenated Naze Millionaires are aiming to maintain their unbeaten record and add more points to their season’s tally.


Heartland defender Chinedu Ozor is well aware of the challenges posed by the Muhammadu Dikko Stadium, having previously played for Katsina United before heading south.
