2024/2025 NPFL Match Day 22: Winless Enyimba International FC travels to Bauchi

It has been a tough spell for Enyimba, who are now winless in three games, with the latest being a 1-1 draw against Heartland in Aba.


The People's Elephant will now travel to Bauchi to face Lobi Stars, who have relocated from Lafia to the Tafawa Balewa Stadium as their new home ground.


Lobi Stars earned a respectable 1-1 draw in Uyo in their last match and will be eager to start their tenure in Bauchi on a positive note.


For Enyimba, that away point might be the spark they need to reignite their campaign, as they currently sit 18th in the 20-team table.


Enyimba's technical adviser, Stanley Eguma, says his team is suffering from stress and fatigue due to fixture congestion.


The nine-time Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) champions held Heartland to a 1-1 draw in an oriental derby on Thursday.


Enyimba are now winless in their last five outings across all competitions.
