2024/2025 NPFL Match Day 15: Abia Warriors sound note of warning to Shooting Stars

Abia Warriors forward Sunday Megwo has stated that his team is determined to secure a positive result in Ibadan against Shooting Stars.


Abia Warriors are set to face Shooting Stars in a crucial Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) Matchday 15 encounter on Sunday, December 1, 2024, at the Lekan Salami Stadium in Ibadan.

According to Megwo, a win would provide a significant boost to the team's morale and improve their position on the league table.


"We are approaching this match with the mindset of winning. We know it will be a tough game against Shooting Stars, but we are confident in our ability to earn the three points."


The Umuahia-born forward has been one of the standout players in Imama Amapakabo's side this season and will look to continue his impressive form against the Gbenga Ogunbote-led team.
