The Technical Adviser of Nasarawa United FC, Kabir Dogo, has expressed optimism despite his team's struggles in the 2024/2025 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season.
The Solid Miners remain rooted at the bottom of the NPFL table, occupying 20th position in the 20-team league.

The team has managed only three wins in 13 matches, along with three draws and seven losses, accumulating a meager 12 points.
In response to the team's recent league defeat to Plateau United over the weekend, Dogo remains hopeful about the club's chances of survival.
The Solid Miners suffered a 2-0 loss to Plateau United on NPFL Match Day 13. Dogo believes his team deserved more from the encounter.
"We are still optimistic about turning things around for our good," he said.
"Nasarawa United deserved more from this game, especially after our first-half performance.
"We failed to take our chances, and our lapse in concentration during the second half allowed Plateau United to capitalize," he added.
