Gombe United Football Club has announced the addition of new players to strengthen its squad ahead of the second stanza of the 2024/2025 Nigeria National League (NNL) season.
Shuaibu Muhammad Angazy, Head of Media and Communications, stated that the signings align with the club’s commitment to competing and fighting for promotion back to the NPFL.
The newly acquired players and their former clubs are as follows:
Bidemi Owoko Samuel (Bendel Insurance)
Abdullahi Muhammed Yayo (Zamfara United FC)
Umar Musa Laduwa (Sokoto United FC)
Daka Peter (Zamfara United FC)
Abraham Audu (El-Kanemi Warriors)
"In addition to these strategic signings, we are proud to announce the promotion of three talented players from our academy system.
"This move reflects our dedication to nurturing young talent and integrating them into the senior team.
