2023 FA Cup: "We fear no foe" - Warri Wolves Coach

After emerging victorious over one of the 2023 Federation Cup favourites, Lobi Stars FC on Sunday, Warri Wolves Head Coach, Jolome Atume says his team can win the cup title.
Africa Sport Network (ASN) reports that Warri Wolves a second tier-League (Nigeria National League) side created an upset when they overpowered Lobi Stars FC who incidentally came second in the Group B of the 2023 Abridged Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) 2-1 at Dipo Dina Stadium Ijebu Ode on Sunday to reach the semi-finals.
The Seasiders' head coach, Jolome Atume has said his team’s impressive display in the Federation Cup quater-final against Lobi Stars was not a fluke.
He further said that the team had a dream to lift the 2023 FA Cup against all odds.
The former Golden Eaglets assistant coach also noted that he feared no foe, adding that he was ready for any opposition enroute to the finals of the oldest cup competition.
"Our victory against Lobi Stars isn’t a fluke at all.
"Our aim is to get to the final of the Federation Cup.
"We are battle-ready to make it to the finals to face our fears," he said.
Warri Wolves will face Bendel Insurance in the semi-final of the Federations Cup.
