2023 AFCON Qualifier: Enyimba's Goalkeeper ecstatic about Super Eagles call-up

Among the four home-based Super Eagles invitee by the Super Eagles Technical Adviser for the AFCON qualifier against Sierra Leone is Enyimba International FC's shot stopper, Olorunleke Ojo. 

Africa Sport Network (ASN) reports that Ojo has been  impressive in-between the sticks for the People's Elephant in the 2022/2023 Nigeria Professional Football League.

In a chat, Ojo said that his invitation to the Eagles camp was a great motivation.

Enyimba shot-stopper also said he will love to always be a part of the national set-up.

"It’s a big one for me. It’s great when you work hard for something and get the reward.

"It’s good that we players in the Nigeria Premier League are now getting the recognition we deserve.

"I want to be regular in the national team. I am delighted with this invitation but it is a challenge to keep working hard.

"I can’t wait to join the national team camp. Hopefully, we will beat Sierra Leone and qualify for the AFCON," he said.
