2023/2024 NPFL Match Day 31: Kano pillars FC trounce sorry Gombe United FC 4-0

After overseeing a 5-1 win over Gombe United FC in the first leg of the 2023/2024 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL), Kano Pillars FC secured another victory with an emphatic 4-0 win in a match played at the iconic Sani Abacha Stadium in Kano.


A brace from veteran Rabiu Ali and a goal each from Mustapha Umar and Mustapha Ibrahim ensured maximum points for the host at the Sani Abacha Stadium.


Mustapha Ibrahim broke the deadlock in the 9th minute, which was a disappointing moment for the visiting Gombe United FC.


Two quick goals from the veteran striker, Rabiu Ali, in the 30th and 46th minutes, however, made it 3-0 for the Sai Masu Gida.


Mustapha Umar then struck in the 70th minute to seal the victory for Kano Pillars FC, making the final scoreline 4-0.
