The management of the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, has rescheduled matchday 28 fixtures of the championship.
The games were initially scheduled to take place on Tuesday, April 2nd, 2024, but will now be played on Wednesday, April 3rd, across all venues.
Disclosing the change in date via a memo sent to all 20 clubs on Wednesday, the Chief Operating Officer of NPFL, Davidson Owumi, stated that the games were moved due to logistical reasons.
He also advised that necessary logistics be put in place for a hitch-free matchday.
The States’ Federation Cup finals will be played this weekend.
